Talk to us about discounts - who else would you like to have a discount from via MN?

We know from discussions most of you love a discount and with this is mind, we're currently working on expanding the list of companies and brands Mumsnetters get exclusive discounts with.

So now we'd like to know - in an ideal world - and in a real world Wink - which would be the top companies, brands, services that you'd like to get a discount from. Please also state what kind of discount is realistically appealing. No promises or anything....

All views welcome on this thread - no prize draw sadly but our grateful thanks!

What about The Family Ski Company? We have ski famille already I know, but we prefer Family Ski Grin

Centreparcs would also be great.

One of the big cinemas and bowling places

I love the idea of some sort of MN badge/members card to access all of the current discounts available on the High St, in theme parks etc.

PosiesOfPoison · 20/10/2011 19:42

Yes Centreparcs. Perhaps you could do a disability campaign thingy with centreparcs.

punkinpie · 20/10/2011 19:38

In particular I would like Centreparcs discounts for the fabulous one east of Paris. And anywhere else in Europe.

punkinpie · 20/10/2011 19:35

Centreparcs ought to be an obvious one. You could have MNHQ junkets there, with meeja guests.

Ktay · 20/10/2011 19:32

Apple might not be such a pipe dream you know. I used to get a discount through my union (admittedly for more work-related stuff) and I think they might do student discounts too?

Given all the help that we give them, shouldn't we get a special deal on Ford cars?

And I ask because I am specifically considering buying one!

hocuspontas · 20/10/2011 18:22

25% off Center Parcs please!

WhoIsThatMaskedWoman · 20/10/2011 18:13

And Lego, and John Lewis

I want a MN badge reserved for actual posters as opposed to randoms who've signed up for discounts and compos.
