So where's the cup of tea emoticon then?

I see we have a new wine glass emoticon! Jolly good! But some of us would prefer a good old cup of tea.

Do you think you could cater for the likes of us too?

Lots of love,

Norman x

Thank you, I thought I'd seen you somewhere before! I will drop in every now and then, although I can't promise to keep up with everything that's going on there, it seems quite busy. But you are a friendly bunch.

If we ever get the teacup emoticon I shall come over and dish out a few

Thank you, Norman. We met in the one child tea room, actually.

::obsessive name changer::

The one child tea room operates in all time zones and never closes, so please drop in at any time. With any luck we'll soon be able to offer you [tea] as well as Wine.

Not too many I'm afraid. We have had one or two pop over from the one-child families tea room farmhouse kitchen thread (and I must say they have been very welcoming to me too), but not very many other new recruits.

However some of the old stalwarts have been very helpful (e.g. yourself, NewStig, stealthsquiggle, belgo etc).

Still we must keep going....

Cups for MN! Cups for MN!

Yes please to teacups. And how about a [sandwich]? That way we'd have almost a complete meal.

LadyPumpington · 08/02/2011 21:08

Ta Norman so any other recruits? Except playmobil ones that is.

NormanTheForeman · 08/02/2011 21:04

Not to worry, LadyP, it's nice to see you now.

Teacups pwetty pwease?

NormanTheForeman · 08/02/2011 19:19

Thank yo maryz - most helpful.

Stealth, I feel firm leadership is what is needed with your Romans. Perhaps Bossy Ross could come along and sort them out. He is quite bossy firm.....

I think they are just feeble, TBH, Norman. They have a wealth of swords, shields, nets, tridents and even a spear launcher (not the official term, I am sure, but I can't be bothered to fish the centurion out of the dragon's mouth to ask him). I think it may be down to lack of leadership - the centurion is quite fond of sitting in his fancy tent (when not being eaten). It all started with the tiger and the lion - if they had stood up to them then the dragons wouldn't have joined in...

And the mind boggles at 3 headed sea dragon in a fight!

NormanTheForeman · 08/02/2011 17:31

I feel sorry for your Romans, stealth. Do they have much in the way of weaponry? Maybe you need to buy them some more....

OP posts:
belgo · 08/02/2011 17:22

There's three headed sea dragon as well. Imagine that in a fight.

stealthsquiggle · 08/02/2011 17:18

belgo wouldn't you need a landfill site to go with the seagulls?

(actually, come to think of it, DS's room could fulfill that role...)

stealthsquiggle · 08/02/2011 17:17

That would be a bit of an upgrade from Michael's bike Grin

I was thinking maybe if we got to critical mass of dragons they would fight play amongst themselves and stop eating the Romans? (everyone picks on the Romans - they took their galley into the bath the other day to get away from the dragons and the tiger, and ended up being eaten by crocodiles Sad)

NormanTheForeman · 08/02/2011 17:16

I reckon SoMuch might be on the Wine in about an hour or so. But I will stick with the [tea]. Pah! Still doesn't work.

MNHQ - Pleeeeeeeeeease can we have a cup emoticon???????

OP posts:
belgo · 08/02/2011 17:14

I want those seagulls.

belgo · 08/02/2011 17:14

actually I'm lying, I'm on the Wine now, my excuse is it's an hour later here on the continent.

NormanTheForeman · 08/02/2011 17:13

Could cause chaos in your house if you invest in more dragons Shock. You need to get some WMDs if you are considering buying more....

OP posts:
NormanTheForeman · 08/02/2011 17:10

You may be right, stealth!

OP posts:
stealthsquiggle · 08/02/2011 17:09

There are 3 dragons that we don't own yet Shock

stealthsquiggle · 08/02/2011 17:08

I would have thought Bossy Ross would be eyeing up the franchise possibilities in this

NormanTheForeman · 08/02/2011 17:02

We particularly like this.
