Oh, yes, Sauv. I'm British, but apparently because I was born American, I'm not supposed to express negative views about this pair of dullards having a huge blowout in part funded by the taxpayers whilst so many are losing their jobs.

Better not tell my British, born Iranian, anti-royalist mate! People will be telling the likes of her to 'go back home'. Hmm

Not to mention, the fact that had Kate been Catholic, he would have had to give up his place in line for the throne to marry her. Can you imagine the hue and cry if this were true for any other religion, though?

We definitely need their own topic as there will be hundreds of threads about the dress, the bridesmaids dress, the tiara - the whole of mumsnet will just become about it.
