Highlighting authors' posts

JustineMumsnet · 01/09/2010 15:30

For them that wants there's now an option to highlight the OP's posts in a thread. Just go to customise and choose "Yes" on the highlight posts by author option.

If you hate tints/hate OPs/hate change then just ignore this message and carry on as you were.

Cheers.

While you're changing things....?

Justine, you know how you're my favourite?

LackingInspiration · 01/09/2010 15:54

Please make it more pretty!? It's very ugly for poor little me! Can't you make it a tone of your purple colour you have on the side bar menu titles?

<<Sticks fingers in ears>> La, la, la. We can't hear you!

kickassangel · 01/09/2010 15:47

from where i'm sitting it's looking pretty 'buff' Grin

Ladymuck · 01/09/2010 15:46

Good idea, though pity it won't out namechangers!

LackingInspiration · 01/09/2010 15:43

There is no way you could call that olive on my laptop, Justine! It's definitely a muddy grey colour.

Dinghy · 01/09/2010 15:43

Can we have an 'I fear change' smiley?

RustyBear · 01/09/2010 15:40

Actually it looks light brown to me...

It's not grey, it's olive green (you moaning minnies)! Based on the original MN palette. And it's linked to OP nickname only (so name changes won't show).

silverfrog · 01/09/2010 15:36

ooh, now there's a thought, BoF.

might have to try that out!

BitOfFun · 01/09/2010 15:35

What about if you are the OP and namechange to come back on to agree with yourself in AIBU, Justine? Will I people who do this be exposed?

Grin
LackingInspiration · 01/09/2010 15:35

I was going to say the same too! I've done it, and agree it'll be helpful, but grey!? Really!? Couldn't you have chosen something more pleasing to the eye?

Thank you, though Smile

silverfrog · 01/09/2010 15:34

Ha! was just coming back to say the same as RustyBear.

Thank you for the option though

RustyBear · 01/09/2010 15:32

Have done it - thank you

Pretty repulsive colour though!
