FellatioNelson · 13/08/2010 16:05

DAftpunk Peachy is still very much here!

fanjoforthemammaries7850 · 13/08/2010 16:04

aww shucks Pagwatch

pagwatch · 13/08/2010 16:02
Grin
FellatioNelson · 13/08/2010 16:00

That's why I namechanged Pag. I thought I'll make these fuckers suckers remember me, even if it's only for pulling Shock faces at my OTT name and not for my wit and wisdom, and all-round greatness. Grin

LibertyGibbet · 13/08/2010 15:59

IntergalacticWalrus was a right saddo. Bet she changed her name into some inane pun and is still hanging around like a bad smell, eh Sheik?

daftpunk · 13/08/2010 15:59

bloody hell...I've just been transported back to the winter of 2007..

gherkinwithapurplemerkin · 13/08/2010 15:57

OMG Sheik! How good to see ya (one of my faves).

Along with my good self of course

SheikYerbouti · 13/08/2010 15:56

I love Sheikyerbouti, she is ace

As for that schlaaag intergalacticwalrus - anyone remeber her? She'd do anything for 10 Rothmans and a 4 pack of Kestrel.

pagwatch · 13/08/2010 15:54

and I really love Fanjo. I love her the most.

Actually Fanjo also falls in to the posters I love as they have great names collective, with Titsalina, AnyFucker and Fellatio etc etc

fanjoforthemammaries7850 · 13/08/2010 15:52

ooh i got a sort of mention as a collective SN board poster Grin

pagwatch · 13/08/2010 15:43

I really thought about it. Wanted to get it just right Fellatio

[suck up]
[no life]

daftpunk · 13/08/2010 15:40

There used to be a poster called peachy...not sure what she's calling herself these days?......dispite us having quite a bit of "history" she always stayed calm and friendly with me....(maybe she lays into me when I'm not looking.. I dunno)... but she was a fantastic example of how not to hold grudges and to seperate the post from the poster..... (ie; what I said 6 months ago may not be what I think now..)

she was cool.

FellatioNelson · 13/08/2010 15:39

periodic, astonishing and wankerage are not three words I ever anticipated seeing in a row.Grin

pagwatch · 13/08/2010 15:30

HullyGully is one of my favs and she has disappeared. Where is she?

These threads are mostly about frequency of posting. And they act as a kind of a collective oppertunity to nod at people that you recognise but you would feel a bit of a twat saying 'oh and btw I always love your posts'
I don't think it is any more serious than that. It doesn't mean anything.

I can't post who I like because they are too many to mention and I would feel a shit for missing some out. But I do love the SN board posters. They are endlessly focussed on their own childrens issues and yet spend time on each others problems. And they retain a sense of humour in the face of some periodic astonishing wankerage on the main board

BialystockandBloom · 13/08/2010 15:14

Most of the aforementioned are fab. Especially custy and pagwatch.

My all-time favourite was RetiredGoth - but what happened to him? I haven't seen him for aaages.

Btw no-one will recognise me, I've namechanged recently cos of rl events but have been here for too long a few years.

And I'm not telling who I used to be. Not that it would make much difference, no-one would know me anyway.

JaneS · 13/08/2010 15:10

lisa, I saw your thread. I didn't know what to say but I am thinking of you.

FellatioNelson · 13/08/2010 14:55

You see? This is why I can't compile a list.Sad All these people feeling sad. To be fair, if you post alot in specific subjects like baby related stuff, SN, S&B, creative writing, whatever, you get your own little clique going there and if you asked this question there you'd probably get a mention. But most of us bored losers who hang out in chat and AIBU have a different clique going on.Grin

hmc · 13/08/2010 13:47

Ah yes, I remember you getting mentions but you are definitely a bit passé now Wink

PawMum · 13/08/2010 13:47

has this thing kicked off yet?

Greensleeves · 13/08/2010 13:44

lol, I used to get the odd mention on these threads

but now I am so 2008

I like all the MNers I know in real life Grin

daftpunk · 13/08/2010 13:43

Hey mamadiva! Of course I remember you, where have you been? Grin.....I haven't seen you for ages

hmc · 13/08/2010 13:37

lisa - you also have to remember that folk will name other posters who are on an ongoing antenatal / postnatal thread with them, or in they are in some sort of odd 'shimmery' club etc, or perhaps they have been to MN meet ups together ; I wouldn't take it to heart!

mamadiva · 13/08/2010 12:38

And for her daft as a brush logic my favourite has to be DaftPunk :o

And my reasons being that I like people who speak their minds and don't conform to the herd as it seems!

Christ hope you remember me or I'm going to look a right numpty LOL

daftpunk · 13/08/2010 12:16

Lisa; (sorry I keep shortening your name but I'm on my phone and damn thing keeps trying to change what I'm typing)....tbh, I don't remember who I talk to, unless I talk to someone alot or someone catches my attention for a spectacular reason ( that doesn't happen often) I don't remember names much.

if this thread was taken and used as a statistic, taking all the people who post on mumsnet and the people who have been named, it's probably less than 0.05% ; and it is true that if you are named alot, you really are on here far too much.
