Farage receives second £36m donation in two days.

Reform’s biggest donor Christopher Harborne matched record donation given on Friday by fellow cryptocurrency billionaire Ben Delo

If Farage, or anyone else in Reform, is arrested and convicted will that result in:

UK MPs pass a law that reintroduces capital punishment.

Farage is executed publicly.

The UK receives a letter from Brussels which states:

Subsequent to the execution of Farage, the EU declares the following:

We will forget everything that has happened since 23 June 2016.

UK will be a member of the EU as before.

As a bonus for executing Farage, the UK will not be charged £50 million a day to be a member of a union, which has higher immigration and tariffs than what UK had after Brexit, but will receive the same free money as all other net takers.

My best guess is that will not happen.

I agree it’s very unlikely he’ll ever get arrested and I know that’s my wishful thinking.

I honestly think Farage is like a pet project and his popularity with the public comes and goes. It’s never going to be enough to get elected as Prime Minister.

It's not the mega-donations he's going to be called in for interview - do keep up - it's the other ongoing financial 'issues'

Exactly - there are 5 or 6 different investigations into Farage/Reform financial irregularities but only 2 of those are criminal investigations

No one is imagining the Greens would win a GE. They might win more seats and could split the left wing vote.

Whilst true that Green voters are younger on average, your caricature of who votes Green and why dismisses the electoral evidence we've got from recent elections.

In order to win Gorton, in order to get so many votes in the Manchester mayoral election, some very middle of the road voters must be voting for them. This is a significant change in UK politics.

Why?!!! They have broken the law by entering the country illegally. They must be detained in secure facilities until they can be removed from the country.

If you’re one of the lone voices for Brexit on those threads then hats off to you for lasting, it’s particularly vicious. I think most just avoid it.

It’s been like that since 23 June 2016. As most posts are made by remain supporters, they get lulled into thinking that the rest of the country thinks the same as they do.

Yes, a lot of people just couldn"t get over Brexit for some reason, ask them how it has affected them and you usually get a blank silence until they think of something that happened to someone else that they read about somewhere.

They got the Muslim vote because they pretended to be onside with that community, they wear different hats, next election they will be telling landlords they are onside with them after telling young people they will abolish private rental (LOL, had to hold the sides for a while after that one)
