DH loves it - I like it, but am not sure if it is too "old" - any thoughts?!

Also love it. My DH not so keen though unfortunately.

I like it, but it reminds me of the Eminem song where Stan murders his girlfriend at the end.

But I still like it

whostolemyname · 09/07/2009 18:05

love it

oliverboliverbutt · 09/07/2009 16:36

If we used it, I think it would be Stanley, with Stan for short - rather than just Stan.

DH loves it and it is definitely growing on me...!

Brings to mind Hilda Ogden....

"Stan-LEEEEEY!"

Guaranteed a great job on the bins with a name like that.

pooter · 09/07/2009 16:32

as an aside, a friend of mine was going out with a boy at uni called Stan, then they broke up, and a different friend hurridly emailed her

"sorry to hear about you and Satan" yikes!

i think its quite a cool name myself.
