NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!![SHOCK]

MaggieBee · 08/06/2009 16:23

oooh no that looks awful.

WE have loads of that going on in my dd's school too, I feel for the teachers who have to call out "sophie-May!" "ellie-mai!" "scarlet-mae!".

Just decide on a name. bungning may on the end doesn#t make it mroe unusual!! it makes it more predictable.

stleger · 08/06/2009 16:15

I'd like it better as bambimai. Like Saramai and Lucimai in dd2's class.

MadBadandDangerousToKnow · 08/06/2009 16:11

Lola, you are so naughty.

Tambajam · 08/06/2009 16:08

aaaah. I seeee. I will be more wary in the future.

MaggieBee · 08/06/2009 16:06

Snigger, love those boots, very Jonbenet Ramsay!!

dizzydixies · 08/06/2009 16:05

no no no no no no NO

and I normally write things like 'its not to my taste'

but just plain NO

HellHathNoFury · 08/06/2009 15:52

AFAIK Lola is not up the duff and just likes posting totally random names on baby name threads.

I suggest she read bad baby names and be done with it.

Sadly for her if she ever does want real advice she'll have to post under a namechange because no-one will take her seriously any more.

boodleboot · 08/06/2009 14:20

joke threads are very boring you know.

AnarchyAunt · 08/06/2009 13:56

I don't think OP is pregnant, just having a larrffff.

Pingpong · 08/06/2009 13:49

put the OPs name in advanced search and choose baby names as the topic and you will see a number of threads like this started by Lola

Kitten
Genalia
Bertie for a girl
Anna Bell

Unabel · 08/06/2009 13:17

Not unless you plan on calling a subsequent sibling Thumper-August.

Seriously, no. Bad. Step away.

slowreadingprogress · 08/06/2009 12:54

if you are actually pregnant I may bother to give my much-desired opinion on this

please tell me you are actually pregnant?

I know mn can be a waste of life but I really would not like to think my life had come down to discussing babmi-may with someone who isn't even having a baby

spokette · 08/06/2009 12:27

Is there a full moon or something?

PremenstrualChickens · 08/06/2009 12:25
Hmm
AuntyAnna · 08/06/2009 09:19

I used to have a dog called Bambi...

needtonamechangeforthis · 08/06/2009 00:16

I'm assuming this is real and/or you are not a celeb (in which case Bambi would help you sell more column inches).... I actually like May (or Mae) as a middle name. But Bambi???? You are pushing this poor child towards a career in porn from day 1. Please don't do it.

pipsqueak · 08/06/2009 00:08

lola come back and tell us why FFS?

Horton · 08/06/2009 00:06

This is probably the worst name I've ever heard, Lola. I may have led a sheltered life but I think it's just cruel.

cathcat · 08/06/2009 00:02

God, No no no.
ROFL at this thread though.

MrsWeasley · 07/06/2009 23:50

Are you planning on getting shot too.

itchyandscratchy · 07/06/2009 23:37

and what will you do if she grows up to be built like a heiffer robust?

I once taught a girl called Bambi years ago and all I could think was thank god she turned out to be very petite and pretty with huge eyes. If she'd have been built like me she'd have had a truely terrible time throughout her life.

but, really, who would take her seriously?

NeedaNewName · 07/06/2009 23:33

Are you having a particularly bad pregnancy and want to get your own back on the baby. OK you've had 9 months of hell with several hours of agony thrown in for good measure but a lifetime of Bambi-May is just going too far!

NeedaNewName · 07/06/2009 23:31

Good God woman no don;t do it
