I actually like Jane Elizabeth if I'm allowed to mix it up a bit.

PuddingChops · 08/03/2009 13:44

Tamsin (not Tamsyn) os okay.

PuddingChops · 08/03/2009 13:42

Libby - ugh! Eve is nice (not Evie).

StripeyKnickersSpottySocks · 08/03/2009 13:36

Elizabeth Jane is very nice, and Libby is a cool nn. I wouldn't choose Evie, but Eve, Eva, Evelyn or Evangeline (Evie is to me a pet name for a little girl). I would not spell Tamsin with a y I think it looks very odd. Tamsin Laura is nice too.

lizmcfizz · 08/03/2009 05:44

What about Lauren?

lizmcfizz · 08/03/2009 05:42

Evie far, far too popular to the point where it is becoming boring. Why not go for Elisabeth (with s) Tamsin Elisabeth. I'm with an s and it's always been a bit different...

ilovepeppapig · 05/03/2009 10:14

Tamsin laura is lovely. also like elizabeth shortened to Beth. Laura is a fab name

belgo · 05/03/2009 09:49

Tamsyn Laura is nice

belgo · 05/03/2009 09:48

Yes I read the titel as Evil Elizabeth.

I would choose Elisabeth Jane, and use Libby as a nn.

littlelamb · 05/03/2009 09:45

I think having Elizabeth after Evie makes a sound a bit too much like 'evil', sorry.

LJ29 · 05/03/2009 09:42

After a long discussion we think we have changed our minds completely! We are now considering Tamsyn Laura (my name).

personally i think Elizabeth Jane is really good lol

or Evie Jane

not keen on Evie Elizabeth tbh

and prefer Libby as a nickname for Elizabeth, in which case Elizabeth Jane could be Libby Jane as a NN

dinkymum · 04/03/2009 16:17

both nice but if had to choose would have to say Libby Jane HTH xxx

Heated · 04/03/2009 16:13

Ditto - Elizabeth Jane - Libby as a nn. Then she also has Eliza/Beth as a back-up!

crumpet · 04/03/2009 16:10

Elizabeth jane - but nn Libby

RachieB · 04/03/2009 16:03

Evie Elizabeth

WowOoo · 04/03/2009 15:19

Libby Jane

frazzledoldbag · 04/03/2009 14:53

Libby Jane - much nicer and less commonly heard than Evie (pretty but there are sooooo many - around here anyway).
but I'd probably go for Elizabeth on the B.cert then shorten to Libby everyday.

mickeylou · 04/03/2009 14:11

I like Libby Jane a lot.

Evie is very very popular here.

Lois is also very nice - perhaps DH will warm to it.
