Ds1 would have been Xanthe if he'd been a girl, I love the name, but def female. I think it's the name of a female muse/minor goddess in Greek mythology, something to do with the colours of the dawn.

I thought it was but on the TV programme shipwrecked there is a boy called xanthe and it made me wonder

theres a boy at my singing group called Xander his mum pronounces it Xonder

Xanthe is def. for a girl. I always wanted twin girls, Phoebe and Xanthe...or triplets with Chloe too!
