Thunderduck · 24/01/2009 18:31

Good god no. It's an awful name. And could lead to a lot of teasing.

Nancy66 · 24/01/2009 17:54

You might as well call him 'dunce' or 'fuckwit' - amounts to the same thing.

LadyPinkofPinkerton · 24/01/2009 17:22

Thank you very much, will consider for DC3 (currently in planning stages)

Oovavu · 24/01/2009 17:20

Oh and as for Aryan too many negative links- I just think Nazi when I read it, sad but true.

PlainOldPeachy · 24/01/2009 16:52

Tristan means hero and would go well with HermioneI think

Not sure about Achilles, he may turn out to be your Achilles heel and what then!

Congrats on baby btw

Oovavu · 24/01/2009 16:21

Here you go: Greek boys' names

LadyPinkofPinkerton · 24/01/2009 16:21

I think your DS will need a special name Hobbgoblin. I've been following your story. I'm so pleased things are going well for you.

I think you need a really strong name, can't think of anything right now. Will maybe come back

aGalChangedHerName · 24/01/2009 16:21

Oh god just call the child something normal!!

hobbgoblin · 24/01/2009 16:20

okay, so probably can't move away from the 'value-less' connotations...

Hero is dog food!

OP posts:
Oovavu · 24/01/2009 16:20

Dh was keen on 'Hector' as it had heroic connotations for him.

(For me it had connotations of Kiki the frog and ZaZa the cat)

GossipMonger · 24/01/2009 16:20

Dreadful and cruel and mean.

muggglewump · 24/01/2009 16:19

What are the names of your other DC?

Oovavu · 24/01/2009 16:18

You'd be better off with 'Hero' then. Or even 'Zorro', for that matter, if you're liking the Z

Buda · 24/01/2009 16:18

It means nothing, nil etc. Is that what you want for your son?
