Need name that works in both languages. Don't mind long or short names. Suggestions please ...!

Teresita, like my mom. She's supposed to be Theresa, but we think her Dad didn't know how to spell it. It took them two years to register her and her birthday is wrong on the certificate! She lives in Spain now, and the locals assume she's Spanish rather than Irish.

Some lovely name suggestions. Any others? Would like nice long list to run by DH!

Some more unusual names from Galicia, that I think work in English as well:

Antía
Olaya
Iria

I think it's much easier to find beautiful names for girls that work in both languages than for boys.

I love

Elena
Isabel / Isabella
Carolina
Carlota
Eluisa
Elisa
Lucia
Ana
Alicia

My half Spanish neice is Miranda. Works well in both languages. Her cousin is Emma - ditto.
