not borealis!

I think something with 1 syllable would be nice, but not boring like 'Jane'
or anything you think would be nice!

I like Aurora Rose, myself.

TwoPumpkins · 09/10/2008 14:53

Lydia!

fizzpops · 09/10/2008 06:45

Aurora Leigh

.. if you are fan of Elizabeth Barrett Browning

I love the name but I would never have the guts to use it myself.

SoMuchToBits · 08/10/2008 21:04

May, Grace or Joy.

oopsacoconut · 08/10/2008 20:51

I think a nice simple middle name to go with Aurora. A friend has an Aurora BUT she has the most horrendous(sp?) middle names she is......

Aurora Susannah Angelina Lenni then a double barrel surname and her twin sister is Rosabella Francesca Christina Rupert Poor babies.

UmMwahahahaaaaa · 08/10/2008 20:40

Aurora Sales is lovely!

nope, don't get it. It's easy to say.

I personally think a middle name should have family connections. Give us some family names and we'll try to get something useable out of them. Or if not family what about something that means something to you - life motto or aspiration for her (Grace, Hope etc). Although agree with longer name...

idobelieveinghosts · 08/10/2008 20:31

I like
Aurora Kate
Aurora Beth

but i do think a longer middle name sounds best when it is said aloud...

Aurora Elizabeth Sales is lovely
Aurora Madeline...

yes i think a longer name.....

Aurora Catherine Sales

Aurora is a beautiful name

FimboGotAxed · 08/10/2008 20:28

Ok, but what happens to your lips when you say Aurora? Do they go like pluto's? Or like a bingo player dragging on her ciggie?? Maybe tis just me.

J2O · 08/10/2008 19:49

oh, I like Jane too, that is one of the Oct 07 threads dds first name

J2O · 08/10/2008 19:49

Enchanted you know what mn is like, go for Jade..thats my dd1s middle name ;)

Liffey · 08/10/2008 19:49

I have to agree, Jane is sort of confidently modest if that makes sense.

EnchantedWithEdwardCullen · 08/10/2008 19:40

And yes, I am hormonal, tired and stressed, so I'm going to rant!

Jane isn't boring

EnchantedWithEdwardCullen · 08/10/2008 19:38

I didn't ask for opinions on it, just middle names

If I had said 'Aurora' what do you think of this name?

fair enough, but I didn't.

Aurora will be her name.

I don't like Lydia anymore.

OP posts:
Liffey · 08/10/2008 18:43

Lydia is a million times nicer. Lydia is not a disney barbie on roller blades either.

Liffey · 08/10/2008 18:42

Aurora is very hard to say, and I'm Irish and we can say our Rs more clearly. I'm really struggling to arrange my mouth into the correct position necessary to say Aurora. My whole face is contorted. Sorry.

Not a pretty name at all.

Alba is Spanish for Dawn.

dinkymum · 07/10/2008 22:35

Lynn? It just popped in my head straight away, or maybe Lea?

fishie · 07/10/2008 22:14

dit dot is thrilling compared to my actual name. hmm. aurora ditdot.

mabanana · 07/10/2008 22:13

Dawn?

I would choose a family name - grandma, favourite aunt, etc.

J2O · 07/10/2008 22:11

oh, i like it

NL3 · 07/10/2008 22:07

borealis, sorry, silly name in the first place
