i know someone with a charlie blue . he is very cute.

S1ur · 05/10/2008 22:25

What does your surname begin with? and how many syllables?

It matters for middle names I think.

kt05 · 05/10/2008 22:24

we don't all have the same taste it'd be boring if we did. I did'nt ask for name ideas instead of Neveah.
just needed some ideas for Charlie and wanted to see what u all thought of Neveah We cud change it to Nivaeh if u think we should.
thx for the welcome and the txt is how I type quickly is all.

I don't like this name because it is heaven spelled backwards and popular with evangelical american christians.

However, I also think it is a tad unneccessary to shoot OP down in flames, she may certainly have bad judgement and use txt spk but doesn't really deserve this imo.

ScareyBitchFeast · 05/10/2008 22:18

well according to wiki that was linked,it can be spelt the way the op did. and it is a common name suggested on these babyname boards??

always a first i spose

controlfreakinfreaky · 05/10/2008 22:15

diputs?
nommoc?
lanoitcif?
laernu?

or what about a "real" name?

jane / mary / catherine / tallulah / mabel / stella all nice?

artichokes · 05/10/2008 22:13

You like it because its heaven spelt backwards.
Except you are choosing to spell it so it is not heaven spelt backwards.

Its tacky, sounds like the brand of a cheap moisturiser and is not even a pretty noise.

scorpio1 · 05/10/2008 22:10

ppl = people

NotAnOtter · 05/10/2008 22:10

wot about Ressot?

kt05 · 05/10/2008 22:10

ppl = people
you can spell it both ways so i've been told

OP posts:
controlfreakinfreaky · 05/10/2008 22:10

ffs. the way you are spelling it is NOT heaven spelt backwards though, is it???

Shitehawk · 05/10/2008 22:09

Please stop using text-speak. It's making your posts very hard for us old fuddy-duddies to understand. You'll find it's pretty much frowned upon on this site ...

umberella · 05/10/2008 22:06

what's ppl?

umberella · 05/10/2008 22:06

don't like it either. yuck in fact.

kt05 · 05/10/2008 22:06

we like it cos its heaven backwards
good to no that some of u have heard of it cos we like unusual but not 2 unusual so's ppl don't no where its from.

OP posts:
controlfreakinfreaky · 05/10/2008 22:05

if you cant spell it what hope for your dd / other people?

Shitehawk · 05/10/2008 22:04

That's how it's usually spelled, SBF.

Sorry, but I really don't like it, and I like the fact that it's heaven (mis)spelled backwards even less.

scorpio1 · 05/10/2008 22:03

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nevaeh

ScareyBitchFeast · 05/10/2008 22:01

but heaven spelt backwards is nevaeh

charchargabor · 05/10/2008 22:00

Now Niamh (Neev) is good.

charchargabor · 05/10/2008 22:00

Oh dear me, no. Tis tacky I'm afraid.

MadBadandDangeroustoKnow · 05/10/2008 21:58

Sorry. V slow typist.

scorpio1 · 05/10/2008 21:58

it is american, it is heaven spelt backwards! Thats why they use it.

kt05 · 05/10/2008 21:57

no not in the US thought it was American tho

OP posts:
MadBadandDangeroustoKnow · 05/10/2008 21:56

If it sounds like Nivea hand cream I wouldn't be keen, but is this a Gaelic name (like Niamh) which isn't pronounced as it's written? For middle names, I prefer Beth.

Charles (Charlie for short) James?
Charles Daniel?
Charles Samuel?
