Claudia or India?

Right it is me again, I know, I know, I know I liked Cecily but I have gone off it, don't know why. Claudia and India are both names I have loved for a while but never thought I would use them for one of my own children but I am getting desperate...

So, which one is the nicer?

DD1 is Grace, DD2 is Maya

I love Claudia. Top of my list for DC3 if it's another girl. However I think India goes better with your other 2 girls names somehow. Both very pretty names IMO.
Congrats on the 3rd girl - that's what we're hoping for too!

Like both but only Claudia if it is pronounced Cloudia,not Clawdia. Think if push came to shove I would go for India personally though.

Thanks everyone, I do think Claudia is more suited to the colouring my children seem to come out with. Unless DD3 comes out with the Polynesian gene which is in DH's family, I think it will be Claudia. However if she shocked me and was my only DD to come out with very dark hair, then India would be a consideration.

Anyone have any one syllable middle names that go with Claudia?

India, for me
my dd name and she has dark hair/eyes and is beautiful. She suits her name, and not atall hippy or pretencious.

India is a very traditional name, very popular in the eighteenth century. I like Claudia too.

We rejected India because it has a hippy/pretentious feel to it today. It is a beautiful name though.
