I know a girl with a Bay (girl). I wouldn't have thought of it, but I love it. Bay like the sea I think they mean, not the herb or horse.

No soften him up with some really bad names from here (mostly mine) and then come out with the ones you really like and he will succum as he will think they are far better

Klaw · 14/09/2008 12:07

Juniper (as in Benny and Joon)

Erica (heather)

Can't think of boys names but then I can't think of ANY boys names i like.

TheodoresMummy · 14/09/2008 11:58

Why not just try it on him to soften him up for the ones you really like... Or am i being too cynical?

TheodoresMummy · 14/09/2008 11:15

Liking Oakley

DH wouldn't go for Rainbow, although he is being a lot more open minded than he was when naming DS...

bumbling · 14/09/2008 09:18

I knew a boy called Rainbow...

Sassamac · 14/09/2008 09:18

just thought most things ending in ...'ley' means meadow. I googled it once because both my kids names end in 'ey' (coincedence) so I contemplated going for the hatrick. My fave is Oakley which just means oak meadow.
