Esmeralda with nickname Esme

This is another on my shortlist. I'm not keen on having Esme alone I like it more as a nickname and I love Esmeralda.
Is it too much?

Wow I've just replied to two baby name threads about both my dds name.. Esme and Madeleine. Weird or what?
