BOY's name - Lucian

Dp pointed out that he likes that name but hes still looking...

Lucian....does anyone knows a Lucian?

It's nice. I think Lucien has the edge over Lucian. It's the French version (Napoleon's brother, fact fans).

There's the sculptor Lucian Freud, but against that you have the lugubrious, rabbit obsessed son in The Liver Birds. But I expect no one will remember that. Otherwise I think Lucian was an Ancient Greek writer?

I'm not a huge fan, but it was my grandfather's name. He was always called Lou, which probably doesn't work as well in the UK...

As Dp found the name in the baby names book. It does match the surname but it sounds soo posh
