God I have never seen so many shite name threads in my life.

What happened to calling children names which are suitable from birth through to adulthood?

I mean come on, get a grip.

Poor children

Golden rule:

Name your children- and think how it would sound if they where prime minister

buttercup? I can hear it now in years to come, "that buttercup, she's a right old cow.".

cthea · 14/08/2008 10:29

There's a character in "Vile bodies" (Evelyn Waugh) called Fanny Throbbing. I don't think she's a PM.

well think of a Prime Minister called 'Molly' or even a 40 year old

my own opinion names like Molly, Wendy, Jenny are for little girls

ILikeToMoveItMoveIt · 14/08/2008 10:18

It suited Mulder.

lilymolly · 14/08/2008 10:17

Fox
Buttercup
Cant remember the others

I mean yes have an unusual name for your children but remember they have to live with it forever

Fox seriously

PuppyMonkey · 14/08/2008 10:16

Fox would be a good name for a Prime Minister imho.
