I went to school with a girl called Squirrel. I've also heard tell of a Skeletor MacGregor wandering around Glasgow somewhere, but it may be an urban myth.

These names are all fantastic! My friend is about to have a boy called Fox which I thought was a bit pretentious, but now I think maybe its ok!

A friend of mine has a test for names. If you say:

Would you like to come out and play name;
I love you name; and
We would like to offer you the job name

it is a good name that fits all circumstances. I told my friend I couldn't imagine a prime minister called Fox but she didn't care!!

mylittlepudding · 20/08/2008 11:28

Fonsaca - was at uni with. It grew on me, and I now think it is unusual but not weird.

I delivered a baby girl called Gypsy recently. Also in my professional career, Sunbeam and Moonshine, girl twins, Yian ( is ?vietnamese but to a white teenage single mother), Xian (again white, parents claimed to have "made it up"), Apple, and Cuthbert (made me think of the Beano!). Probably more but you tender to blank it out forget after a while.

jellyrolly · 20/08/2008 11:09

Dominant (boy)

Needless to say, small and thin with little round glasses, bless.

FrogPrincess · 20/08/2008 10:58

Shouted out loudly at the surgery a few weeks ago

Particularly loving 'Electron' and 'Adonis' so far

JentlyDoesIt · 20/08/2008 10:58
