Is Thomas just too popular at the mo?

I posted a few days ago asking your views on Rory and Sebastian. I like both but am just not 100% iykwim. I've now got 8 weeks to go and nothing really grabs me as I do want fairly traditional and nothing too modern.

Thomas was my Grandad's name and I would have Thomas Alexander - Tom/Tommy for short.

do you know of lots of them where you live?

I have a Thomas and he is lovely.

I do actually really like it so thanks for your feedback. I don't mind it being popular but I just don't want there to be about 5 in his class at school - there again you just never know what's going to popular so hard to predict!!

Thomas is nice, I know someone who shortens it to Thom instead of Tom

Thomas is lovely, it is a classic name and will never date.

There are one or two at DSs school in reception/yr 1 and a friend has a 6mo old baby. I wouldn't say it was too popular round here at all.

and it is a lovely name
