Picked my boy's name now stupid celebrity has called their baby it

i am supposed to be having a boy in 3 weeks and picked my name only to find out yesterday that stupid Matthew McConaughey had a baby and used the same name. should i still call my baby this name or will he be one of a million with the same name in 5 years? i am all annoyed.

as far as the jeans connotation, they're called Levi's because the man who created them was called Levi Strauss.

There's a boy in dd's school called Levi and he's so lovely - all the younger children adore him. I don't know why I'm telling you this, but it means that I think it's a good name and you should certainly use it.

so you all hate the name too...OK my other name is James...i know.... but i am 8 and half months pregnant. i can't be relied on to make any rational descisions.

Oh, look, don't worry about Matthew McConaghey. It's not like everyone suddenly called their dds Apple because Gwyneth and Chris did, is it?

Levi is a nice name - you go ahead and have it. There was a character on 'The Bill' with my dd1's full name (fore and surname) but we still went with it (and then the character got written out, phew!). Just have what you like .

i really dont think you need worry there are not loads of apples fif trixibelles or any other daft names people have more sense
