Baby girls name

We are struggling to decide on a baby girls name. We like these names but are struggling to actually choose.

We are not overly bothered about popularity. My son has a popular name by the name lists but has always been the only one in all his classes. And I know it vary heavily by area etc

Mia
Molly
Charlotte

I've always liked Charlotte, and of that list Freya would be the next choice. Does depend on how it goes with the middle / surname I guess.

I like Molly and Charlotte from your list. All of the girls/women called Molly/Mollie/Molli that I've met have all been lovely and cheery! Charlotte is one of those classic names that isn't overly popular, but has never fallen out of fashion. I currently know an excellent Lottie (I'm not sure if she is technically a Charlotte, as I've never asked).

Molly - slightly twee but Moll is kick-ass
Charlotte - safe but I don't like Charlie
Lily - I don't like Lil.
Freya - I don't like it and it's sounding a bit frayed by now
Mia - completely nothingy. Mere.

I suggest Harriet or Polly

Well that's an almost impossible task they are all very lovely and if you don't care about popularity that makes it harder! :)

I adore Charlotte - but really dislike the shortenings of Charlie or Char/Shar Lottie is lovely though, in my opinion.

Lily - So pretty but there are lots of flower names about and she'll have to always say Lily with 1 'L'.

Love Freya especially when said by someone from Scandinavia, it's not quite as pretty when said by a British person.

Molly is very cute, I love it but I've not met an adult called Molly, I know a wonderful little girl, can't quite imagine it on a grown up.

So I vote Mia - easy spelling, lovely sound, unlikely to be shortened or changed to any silly nickname.
