Help with baby name

We are torn between Landon, Elliott, Samuel and potentially Caden for baby boy names and struggling to decide what to name him. Are these bad options?
One thing I wanted to note is that if we ever have a girl, we are pretty certain we want to name her Reagan, so also wondering peoples opinions on what goes best with Reagan although it doesn’t necessarily matter right now!

Yep, Samuel or Elliott are the best there.

Although there's no way I'd call a girl Reagan.

Elliott or Samuel. But be warned of the multiple spellings of Elliott if that’s going to bother you. Eliot, Elliot, Eliott and Elliott all seem to be in use.

And Reagan - pronounced like Ronald Reagan? Or pronounced Regan like King Lear’s daughter? Lear’s older daughters are pretty unpleasant characters so not a great association.

I only associate Caden with naughty kids as both are in my DC’s school. Landon is terrible. Samuel and Elliott are nice.

All of the names, sound lovely and you can easity combine them as first and middles.
Reagan is also lovely with either a Ray or a Ree pronunciation.
I wouldn't worry about making sure sibling names match.

I quite like Landon as something different. Also like the others. How do the initials go and the words flow with your surname?

Reagan- Pronounced Ree or Ray? Either way, I would think its a boy name and really to keen- not that you need to decide that now!

My grandson is Regan. Not heard of it for a girl before.

Elliott. Not caiden or Landon! Samuel is classic though bad associations myself. It goes fine with Reagan (though I prefer Teagan)

It depends how they sound together with your family name.

Landon - not come across before
Elliott - too common to my liking
Samuel - love this
Caden - maybe

What about Caine?

Is Reagan a family name you want to keep alive?

Well, as long as the dad isn't Lear.
OP, Elliott has been quite popular for some years now, but is also not just a "trend" name. Samuel is the most classic, but be aware these will be shortened. Both are names that are unlikely to be judged, and while it's unfair, people do judge and guess a child's set etc purely from their name (as in some names are considered "upper" or "lower" class-these could be either).

Have always liked Elliott and Samuel.

Landon sounds too much like London. Caden and Reagan are both equally awful!

Samuel is my favourite from your list- but it will always be Sam for short so make sure you are happy with this
