Unique baby boy name help!

I’m due a baby boy in November and we have no names currently. I have a son called Ocean which we love and suits him well but I think it’s now hard to pair that with another name. I’d like a name unique but not too crazy. Some names we liked but ultimately went against are Noah, West, Navy, Reign, August, Forest. Hopefully gives you an idea of our vibe. Any help appreciated!

Just give the poor child a normal name that you like. Why does it have to be unique? (It probably won't be anyway, highly unlikely there's not another person somwhere in the world with that name.)

Because I’d prefer him not to have 10 others in the class with the same name. I was 1 of 3 in my class and hated it. Unique doesn’t mean nowhere in the world. If you have no suggestions your comment isn’t necessary

Ocean was my grandfathers name so your theory isn’t really valid.

I don't think you quite understand what "unique" means. There are no degrees of uniqueness.

Perhaps you mean unusual rather than unique.

If you are looking for a name that others at school will not have, perhaps think of one from another country- say a French one as an example.

have you another grandfather or one from your partners family that you can honour in a similar way?

are you in the US? the other names you have listed seem very american to my english ear.
if you are in uk, are you working with names from your heritage?

Unique means exactly that. I think you mean unusual which is fine.

Probably very unusual would be names which are out of fashion- Clive, Geoffrey, Simon, Adrian, Basil, Humphrey, Malcolm, Colin (I quite like Colin!), Scott, Dean, Martin, that kind of thing, but they are a different vibe.

It's your use of unique that's thrown everyone as it means something very specific. So it's understandably created confusion

You might as well have told everyone you'd like a name starting with M and then followed up by saying the M doesn't have to necessarily be at the beginning of the name, as starting with just means near the start!

As for unusual boys names that fit with the vibe of Ocean, how about:
