Hi all. Baby boy no 2 arrived during the week, we didn't find out gender although had a girls name picked out oops! Now really struggling for a name for DS2. We already have a Myles with middle name Luca. I love Jude, hubby not so keen. Stuck for anything else, any suggestions....? Something not too popular but not way out there either?

They won’t be joined at the hip for evermore, so choose names you like that go with the surname. William, David, Peter, Christopher, Alexander , Robin, Sebastian. As for dislikimg short forms, if that is an issue, just insist all syllables are used. I do.

If he likes Loki how about Lochy (pronounced Locky) :) I think it's Lochlan but shortened. Or maybe Logan or Lincoln shortened to Linc?

Or Zander/Xander? Ezra? Elijah? Caleb? Chester? Jenson? Aston? Austin?

Giraffehaver · 01/08/2026 22:45

My friend has Miles Marcus and Duncan

Myles is a perfectly normal spelling of the name.

I think so too.

I’m not sure why but I keep thinking James. James and Myles? And I’ve never yet met a James who wasn’t completely lovely Smile
