Baby girl name- Levana

What are you opinions on the name Levana. I also like Havana but I haven't heard much positive feedback from this but I love Levana

As mentioned by some posters above it sounds like a name for medication.
Havana is a city.

Neither sound like suitable names for a human, Lavinia, Vanessa or Hannah would be better options with similar sounds.

Levana- Sounds like a roller product like a loo roll or toilet duck or something

Havana- Lovely city not heard of it as a persons name before though.

Two tests here.
I. What will it be shortened to. Ans Lav or Lavvy

  1. Will people be able to pronounced it without your poor child constantly correcting people and spellings out. She will also spend most of her life explaining why she has such a strange name and what it means.

Havana is better...at least we know where it is and what it is.

My genuine first thought was that it sounds like a form of contraception.

Or like the phone ppl Lebara.

But I don't dislike it per se
It's better than Havana

At least with Havana, most people would have a good idea of how to pronounce or spell it.
