Can anyone help find a girls name we both love?

DH and I are struggling to agree on a girls name. I like Heather, Hazel, Mary, Miriam and Victoria, and he likes Tara, Megan, Bethan, Rhiannon. Could anyone help us either grow to love one of the others names or else find a new name we both love please, we're at a bit of an impasse at the moment! Middle name will probably be Elizabeth (family name). We live in England (although DH is Welsh) and our surname starts with an E.

😬I don't much like any of your dh's though I can see some Welsh names in there which I guess is understandable.

What stuck out to me was that you seem agreed on Elizabeth, which has family meaning, and which is really lovely imo.

Moreover, isn't Bethan the Welsh version of Elizabeth? I don't think you can call her Bethan Elizabeth in that case, but how about Elizabeth as a first name not middle, and call her Beth for short - which is a sweet diminutive that has not been overused for quite a while. I grew up with a couple but haven't heard it on any little ones and I think it's due a comeback.

It strikes me as a good - and meaningful - compromise.

Your names are classic.
I don’t think you’re a million miles apart.
Other ‘royal’ names? Charlotte? Mary (Mairi in the Welsh?) Louise?
Other Welsh names? Ffion? Eleri? Gwyneth? Helen (often pronounced Hell-in), Delyth?
