Huh. I like Iris (not Risborough!!!)

PrincessOfPreschool · 16/05/2026 19:54

I hope Olympia isn't 'Limpy' as nn 😅.

I like I Risborough agree it's too simple and natural next to Olympia. Xenia (Warrior Princess) seems in that vein and an 'x' name is so cool. Otherwise Athena. Something strong.

Antigoni, Theodora, Katerina or Eleni

You may also like Theodosia

I really love Isadora! I think it’s beautiful with Olympia. Such strong, elegant names!

TwoLeftSocksWithHoles · 16/05/2026 19:28

Titan and Zorro
(either sex, it doesn't seem to matter these days, as my Mum Reginald says).

Dora97 · 16/05/2026 19:27

I like Adaline. Would you use Addie as a nickname?

MovedlikeHarlowinMonteCarlo · 16/05/2026 19:25

Adaline is lovely. I like Iris too but it's quite popular now.

railcardfan · 16/05/2026 19:25

I like Isadora but I suspect it'll get shortened to Izzy like lots of Isabellas.

Other suggestions:
Xanthe
Theodora (Thea for short)
Thalia/Talia/Natalia
Ariadne
Penelope

Nicknames for Isadora? (other than Isa or Dora none of which I love) - rule it out then.

Iris is also my favorite but yes worry about it being very popular next to a more unusual Olympia , hence the Isadora option . Nicknames for Isadora? (other than Isa or Dora none of which I love)

I only like Iris but it seems a bit ordinary compared to Olympia.

Thankyou, I like Alexandria but worry it’ll be shortened to Alex which I don’t like. Open to more suggestions

Olympia is very unusual and Iris is quite popular at the moment, it’s my personal favourite though.

timoteigirl · 16/05/2026 19:15

I like Isadora best because it's as dramatic and elegant as Olympia. Iris wod suit the Greek theme but seems modest and not equal to Olympia.

DraftLovely · 16/05/2026 19:14

Depends if you use the names in full or have shortened day to day names.

Non are terrible.

How about
Olympia and Alexandria
