Elowen/Elowyn or Daphne?

I think we have narrowed it down to these two.
Other three DC all have Celtic names, so Elowen fits well. I think I prefer the pronunciation Elowyn because it comes more naturally to say.
I've always loved Daphne.

I'm not sure how Elowyn and Elowen are supposed to be pronounced? They could be the exact same to me.

I don't know why I really dislike Daphne. I'm not sure if its the connection to elderly woman or I just don't the sound of it- sorry.

I like Lowenna, but I realise that wasn't on your list.

I really like the name Elowen/Elowyn ~ so pretty, and lovely for both a child and an adult

I didn't used to like the name Daphne but it's slowly growing on me . . .

Elowyn Daphne would be a lovely choice

Elowyn is the more common spelling in the UK at the moment.

Elowyn is dreadful for a girl because the wyn is masculine and it looks like a boy's name, Elwyn. Elowen one of those names that will be mispronounced - the stress should be on the middle syllable and the two Es are both 'eh' sounds.
It will also get shortened to Ellie.

Daphne is better IMO.
