Violet.
The other two don't blend well with Shirley because they both end with an s sound.
Iris is also very common at the moment.

All very lovely names! 💚

Florence Shirley
Violet Shirley
Iris Shirley

in that order.

But if I could chose I’d go:
Florence Violet

I like them all and I have all those names in our family! Personally I think Violet Shirley sounds the best together though.

MapleOakPine · 28/01/2026 17:57

Iris is my favourite

Cocktailsandcheese · 28/01/2026 17:56

I'd go for Florence. I find Iris Shirley a bit of a mouthful.

Firebird83 · 28/01/2026 17:34

Violet Shirley

I like Violet and Iris, but not keen on the nn Flo for Florence. It reminds me of the period app of the same name 😬

VenusClapTrap · 28/01/2026 14:37

Violet

They’re all beautiful names. If I had to pick one I’d pick Florence.

Violet is lovely. It sounds nicer with Shirley than Florence and Iris.
