Agree with them sounding Italian and American.

Ross - crisp and non fussy
Roland - nice nickname.
Pasco - Easter related
Francisco
Cisco - energetic and cowboy vibes
Scott - smart
Vasco - Vasco Da Gama
Basco - related to Basque regions
Bosco - woods, forest.
Rosco - better spelling than Roscoe

I like rocco. Rosco would get shortened to Ross which I am not very fond of.
