Hi everyone,
Our little girl was born on Thursday and we still don’t have a name!! We have a shortlist but I don’t know if they are just overdone and boring or if they are just classic, timeless options. Please can we have your opinions on our list and any others you think might suit!

Charlotte
Emma
Beatrix
Naomi

Thank you x

Naomi was our choice if we had a girl. Love it. I’m a teacher and currently teach two, but only one before I think. Lovely classic name but not too many around.

Charlotte again, classic but not too many. I love it shortened to Lottie.

I do find Emma a bit boring sorry.

Beatrix is fab and underused in my opinion. The only possible issue is that people might link it to Bellatrix like Harry Potter.

They're definitely "safe" but not overdone or boring. They're classics for a reason.

I vote Naomi but that's because I'm a Naomi. Everyone has heard of my name but it's unusual to bump into another one (and the ones I do meet are all lovely). I've always loved my name.

All lovely names. I wouldn’t call them boring at all.

I particularly love Charlotte.

I don't know what a safe name means personally, but those names that you have shortlisted are all nice.
