We have narrowed it down to Elyanna / Angelina?
Which do you prefer?
I prefer Angelina (Angie for short), DH prefers Elyanna

I prefer Eliana. It’s a nice name but I think the spelling you’ve gone with doesn’t work.

How are you pronouncing it? Ellie - Anna, or Ellie - Ahna?

Pronounced same as Eliana but I prefer the spelling Elyanna 😭

@NuffSaidSam I have short vowels so would say Elly- anna, but regardless of spellng she would get Elly-a(r)-na and Elly-anna.
Eliana is the most usual spelling, then Elianna.

Are you pronouncing Ellyanna like Eliana? It's a nice name, but I would spell it Eliana as that's a more common/recognisable spelling.

If you call her Elyanna, she‘ll spend her whole life having to spell it out
This. If i heard it, I'd think it was Eliana. Highly likely to be Ellie.
How about Angelica?

TallulahBetty · 09/12/2025 10:00

Elianna

If you call her Elyanna, she‘ll spend her whole life having to spell it out - people will put Elianna or Ellianna. Angelina is a sweet name - and you can get her all the Angelina ballerina stuff.
