Thoughts?

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
TessSaysYes · 09/10/2025 17:58

Beau is for a male. At least go for Belle. Still awful 🤣

timoteigirl · 09/10/2025 17:57

I'm sorry but it sounds like the type of name a toddler could give their dolly.

ToWhitToWhoo · 09/10/2025 17:57

Why not Leila or Delilah (though the latter may be too associated with the Tom Jonwes song)? Or even Belinda - a bit old-fashoned but worthy of a comeback- or Bella? Beau is a boy's name.

MeEspresso · 09/10/2025 17:57

Harrii-Beau is another great name

on a roll here

PortSalutSherryHello · 09/10/2025 17:57

Beau-Selecta has a nice ring to it
Or
Beau-pas?

CautiousLurker01 · 09/10/2025 17:57

Even if the two names were okay (Beau is def a boys name, the feminine is Belle, obvs), naming convention tends to be 2syllable-1 syllable: Peggy-Sue, Sally-Anne, Mary-Lou etc.

If Op loves Lilah, then something Lilah-Jane, Lilah-Mae, or even Lilah-Belle sticking with the Beau theme might work.

MeEspresso · 09/10/2025 17:56

Beau-Jangle anyone?

Daisymail · 09/10/2025 17:56

Bumdrops · 09/10/2025 14:10

Honestly that’s the chavviest name I’ve seen / heard for a while -

OP - what are your thoughts ?

This!

UnctuousUnicorns · 09/10/2025 17:56

Beau Ness has a nice ring to it.

MeEspresso · 09/10/2025 17:56

beau-bee-one-kenobe?

MeEspresso · 09/10/2025 17:54

Beau-naiise? Beau-Nese-Mountain-Dawg?

ToWhitToWhoo · 09/10/2025 17:53

Not ideal; she will have to deal constantly with people's problems in spelling it.

MeEspresso · 09/10/2025 17:53

Beau-Narnah is another contender

Kleptronic · 09/10/2025 17:53

Beau-Tox Grin

LlynTegid · 09/10/2025 17:53

I hope it is a wind-up. Otherwise I would support the registrar of births refusing to register the name, and be happy to report the parents to the local social services on the grounds of cruelty.

ChimpanzeeThatMonkeyNews · 09/10/2025 17:52

😂😂😂

MeEspresso · 09/10/2025 17:52

Tigerbalmshark · 09/10/2025 17:44

Beau-Tighe? Beau-Tyard? Both better than Beau-Lilah

Beau-Tighe is fabulous
How about Beau-Lhegs or Beau-Selektah?

Needtosoundoffandbreathe · 09/10/2025 17:49

Reminds me of the baby name episode of Kath and Kim. Tail-uh, etc.

Bloozie · 09/10/2025 17:49

butterfly0404 · 09/10/2025 15:45

Lilah-Belle is much nicer

Hmmm. Nope. The Lilah-Belle is a steamboat casino to get around state gambling laws.

MeEspresso · 09/10/2025 17:49

Have you considered Mercedes-Mai?

PumpkinsAndCoconuts · 09/10/2025 17:45

No. Just no.

(I would hope that this suggestion is simply rage bait…)

Tigerbalmshark · 09/10/2025 17:44

Beau-Tighe? Beau-Tyard? Both better than Beau-Lilah

Tigerbalmshark · 09/10/2025 17:40

WolfieMuma · 09/10/2025 14:13

So, pronounced “Bo-Lee-la”?

Then, no.. absolutely not

Oh I was thinking “rhymes with Delilah”. Bo-ly-la.

OP I would assume somebody couldn’t spell “Belinda”.

CoffeeCantata · 09/10/2025 17:37

Don’t do this to your child OP.

Give them a dignified name.

Calliopespa · 09/10/2025 17:35

FortheloveofPetethePlumber · 09/10/2025 17:34

Is anyone else seeing the ad for Better Libido?

I think AI may be struggling to make sense of the name.

No. I've got Aveeno "Nourish and protect your baby's skin from Day 1".

Maybe thinking the child will need a good thick skin?
