Elias of the two. Wish the UK pronounced it the softer European way though (“Eh-lee-us”). Jasper has a lovely sound but it’s a black Labrador/Spaniels name to me (Similar Caspar is fine though).

Jasper is really soft. Hector is harsh. Elias is ugly.
