The only name mentioned so far I really like is Elizabeth, but I don't like Beth.
The others are too popular or there's something I don't like about it.

You are lucky as Elizabeth has many, many varients! Eliza, Bets, Betty, Bessie, Liz, Libby, Ella, Isabelle, Elspeth, Lette, Lisa, Ellie are just some.
