Annie and Elsie/Elsa go great together. Annie was top of my list if we had a second girl.

Clarabel sounds a bit like when kids make up names and or adults give their kids nicknames, just popping bell on the end of any name so it’s cuter

Rosa popped into my head too! I once met a woman called Rohaise - that could be nice. The other name that jumped out at me and it came from nowhere and is somewhat out there is Holliday. Annie and Holliday- bit of a sweetly vintage vibe.
