I like it, but if you are going to be annoyed by people using different pronunciations it's not the name for you. Could be Ev-lyn, Eve-lyn or Ever-lyn

Its nice but it seems to be the most popular name in both of my dcs schools (they both know multiples).

That said, my youngest has an uncommon name and there is another one in her year so you can't win!

Lovely. Most round here seem to go by Evie but I do know one who is always Evelyn and it sounds lovely ☺️
