What would you shorten Claudia to?

Well it doesn't have to be shortened - I know a family with a Claudia and they always calls her Claudia (it's a very pretty name )

If it's any help, on Strictly Come Dancing Claudia Winkleman is often called Claud
Love the name btw - defo high on the list if DC2 happens to be a DD

My best friend is Claudia and she uses Claud as a shortening. You could also try Dee if you like it.

If it's pronounced Clowdia then cloudy or clouds or claw-claw (round here anyway )

i know a claudia shortened to clo. doesn't sound no where near as nice- but her big bro called it her and it has stuck (she is 30+ now).
other names claudee or claude
