I like Emmett. Milo was on my list too but DH vetoed it. I also love Rowan but it's a close family member too.

Cristian
Christopher
Frasier
Drew
Scott
Aiden
Callum
Benedict
Peter

Thank you. I like Aiden/Aidan - the thing which has put me off is I live in Northumberland and there's a lot of strong accents (not so much mine but friends and family) and the "Ay" sound can be really exaggerated 🤣

I love your list, Op.

A few other options:

Ewan
Owen
Ivor
Ethan
Seth
Ted
Joel
Emyr

Thank you. These are lovely too. Surname is one syllable so I think we need a two syllable first name which rules out a few. I love Owen and Ethan but have close family members with those names.
