If you don’t know the name it’s either “anti gone” or “anti goan” so unless you’re mostly around well read types I wouldn’t.

I know one and she's definitely known as Tiggy. I absolutely love the name but it's quite a marmite one as they go.

I know one. She goes by Tiggy instead as so many people don't know how to pronounce her name properly. I'd avoid it for that reason but if you love it go for it.

I like it, but people will use Tiggy as a nickname so you'll have to be ok with that imo.
