It's OK. I'd focus more on how Oscar Surname sounds and looks.
I don't think the flow is brilliant or bad but at least they are nice names.

If your surname is a common one, the middle name might be more of an issue.

Very nice, I like both names, Oscar and George. They are classic, far better than all the fancy, modern names that so many choose.
