Love girl names that start with "E", but which one is nicest: Elsy or Eira?

(Don't like the -ie ending of Elsie)

What about Elsa?

MumInTheMitte · 23/01/2025 17:08

I like both, but would spell them Elsie or Eire. Sorry, not helpful!

I really like Eira - considering it as middle name for DC2 if a girl!

Both awful (especially Elsy with that spelling).

Elsy puts me in mind of palsy.

Elsie is nice, but I prefer Eira.

Elsy will always be correcting spelling.
