If you gave birth today (hypothetically) what do you think you would name your baby?

I think if I had a girl she would be Monroe and boy would be Atlas

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Having a girl and still undecided. I think a boy would have been Stefan.

What names do you like so far, or you like but DP doesn’t? X

Currently pregnant with a boy and his name is Freddie but if I was having a girl she would be called Nancy

I love Freddie!
Congratulations, wishing you a smooth remainder of pregnancy and labour x

Joseph or Painter for a boy

Allegra or Frieda for a girl

Probably Frida, Nancy, Tabitha or something Shakespearean for a girl - I'm liking Celia and Viola at the moment. And Rufus for a boy - I don't like as many boys' names and this has been a consistent favourite.

Rufus is a close 2nd favourite for me!

Persephone or Astrid for my imaginary girl and Atticus for my imaginary boy.

I love these so so much. Have loved Persephone since I read naughts and crosses

Keira or Sunday for a girl,
Indigo or Francis for a boy

I’ve met a little boy called Indigo and thought it was so special!

I'm answering this question as if this baby were my first, so no restrictions re being too close to (or exactly the same as) a sibling name:

Girl: Ariadne, Helena, Hope, Oona.

Boy: Alasdair, Hamish, James, Matthias.

Nevertoocoldforicecream · 14/01/2025 21:29

I think Joseph for a boy, but I'm not sure about a girl. I like Maeve, but we've a cousin with that name. I also like Felicity, but I'm not sure I'd use it, same with Sylvie.

Dontcallmescarface · 14/01/2025 21:29

The same name DD has now. No idea about a boy's name...I've never come across one I like.

namechangeGOT · 14/01/2025 21:27

My girl would be either Martha or Eleanor

My boy would be Jimmy or Matthew

Waggytail · 14/01/2025 21:24

Louisa or Genevieve for a girl

Thomas or Alexander for a boy

MelainesLaugh · 14/01/2025 21:23

Isla Caitlin

Michael Benjamin

ToastyCat · 14/01/2025 21:22

James Alexander for a boy, and I really struggle with girls' names.

MojoJojo71 · 14/01/2025 21:21

Felicity or Antigone for a girl

Darwin or Edison for a boy

All vetoed by DD’s dad

KayEmAy · 14/01/2025 21:19

Monroe is SO cute!

Today it would be Eve and Kit.

Starsandall · 14/01/2025 21:18

anya/cass

hummingbird12 · 14/01/2025 21:17

Maeve for a girl
Kit or Jesse for a boy

Newnameneededforthisone · 14/01/2025 21:15

Eliza and Linus

Too many Tommys, Teddys and Reggies where I live I like Malakai and Orla

Far too many ‘ie’ names in general. Hate them.
