Thoughts? To be shortened to Nick but full name to be Nicholas on birth certificate. I love it but doesn’t seem very popular anymore (not necessarily a bad thing!)

I love it. It was on my list but I had girls.

Hawkerslife · 03/01/2025 18:05

I loved it and considered it myself but my snide sister in law put me off by saying he'd be known as 'knicker-less' 🙄.

I quite like it and considered it for my DCs but they were both DDs.
Nick and Nico are both good nicknames and it's also good to have a full name on documents.

Great name.

Topseyt123 · 03/01/2025 17:55

I like it. Classic and timeless.

mathanxiety · 03/01/2025 17:54

It's a great name. Classic and not faddy.

Almahart · 03/01/2025 17:53

I love it

Lovely, underused classic! Don’t know why it’s not used much at the moment.

OneAmberFinch · 03/01/2025 17:51

I think it's lovely!

Snowmanscarf · 03/01/2025 17:50

Classic name, and one I think will rise in popularity in the next few years.

I like it. Not sure why it’s not popular anymore, but nice to have a lovely name and know there won’t be loads of them.

Very true!
