wha do you think of bradley preston as a name

am due in sept and so far this is all dh and i could agree on

just wanting to know what people though of it really

You don't need any more negative feedback on names - will only say that my dh and I could not agree on names for our ds2 and eventually decided on a name when he was five weeks old. We now feel that we have really let him down as we don't really love his name but it was the only one that we both liked. Unfortunately we canvassed opinion on my favourite name and everyone hated it - apparently the only thing that should have the name is a gay german dog (name was Bruno). I really wish I'd never asked anyone's thoughts. It's rare for other people to immediately love a name - it just grows with the person so best thing is to just announce the baby's name and most people would not be so rude as to say they hate the name.

sounds too much like Boak and reminds me of Deacon Brodie, who was not a very nice man.

I agree with others, Bradley Preston is awful. It is a shame as Bradley is my grandma's maiden name and my Dad's middle name and so in theory it would be a lovely option for any future DS. But in reality it is too horrible to contemplate.

Isn't Brodie a girl's name?
