Thoughts on the name Augustus for a baby boy. We live in the UK. Please be really honest. If you do or don't like it your reasons would be helpful. Any other suggestions of a similar vibe.

Thanks

Im from the Uk but don’t live there now. I know two, father and son, both called Augie for short.. I love their names but don’t know how well they translate to the UK name market.

It reminds me of Augustus Gloop, the greedy boy from Charlie & the chocolate factory who met an unfortunate end.

The names i like atm are:
Sebastian
Benjamin
Matthew
Gabriel
Simeon
Daniel
Felix
Nathaniel
Abraham
