Between the following if a girl:

Clara
Eliza
Olivia
Phoebe
Grace

Also, if a boy, is Henry a bad choice to use if there is a cousin called Harry?

Phoebe Olivia or Clara Phoebe.

Henry and Harry fine, I have Kate, Katherine and Caitlin cousins.

DS likes Olivia (yes, he loves a baby names thread 😂).
Henry is fine to use.

Clara, Phoebe and Eliza are all nice. Probably Clara as I think it's slightly less popular than the others?

I would use Henry

I also would pick Phoebe out of your list.

Clara, Phoebe or Eliza.

Olivia is very overdone, but a nice name, Grace is nice too but very overdone as a middle name.
