Strong girl names

I'm after girls names that are strong, pretty and not frequently used. The names we quite like all seem pretty different to each other, so I'm not sure it would help to give examples, especially since none are 'quite right' but I'll try:

  • Rosa - too popular
  • Beatrix - we don't like the shortenings
  • Frieda - just not convinced
  • Domino - the pizza chain link is a shame!
  • Juno - can't use
  • Delphi - seems a little unfinished, but then Delphine seems quite fussy
  • Tess - a bit simple?
  • Celeste - not sure it sounds that 'strong'

Any suggestions would be most welcome. Thanks :)

*Thora!

Lol yes! You wouldn't mess with a Thora🤣

Elizabeth. To my mind, that is the strongest girls' name there is. Not Beth though - that's weak. But other short forms Liz, Lizzie, Eliza. All strong.

And if you keep it as Elizabeth, that is really strong.

Elspeth is strong too.

When I think of 'strong' names for women they tend to be names that end in hard consonants or a sounds - definitely nothing with a y or ie sound at the end (Lottie, Daisy, Poppy, Amy etc):

Ruth
Maeve
Elizabeth
Victoria
Claire
Sinead
Joan
Alexandra

Did you mean Domini? It's a lovely name. Cassia, Hebe, Cleo, Damaris, Xanthe.
